  • Times are ISO 8601. Responses give them in UTC, as 2026-06-12T15:47:09.512031Z; a request may send them with any offset.
  • Amounts of money are decimal strings, such as "1250.00", so that no rounding happens on the way in or out. Send them as strings too. An amount is in the currency its record names: a subscription’s currency_code, or a project’s reporting_currency_code for a customer’s mrr and the metrics.
  • Currencies are ISO 4217 codes, such as USD. GET /v1/currencies lists the ones Summerbase holds exchange rates for.
  • Countries are ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 codes, such as US.
  • Timezones are IANA names, such as America/New_York. GET /v1/timezones lists them. An offset like +02:00 or an abbreviation like CET is refused.
