Dashboard and reports

Your project opens on the Dashboard, a fixed board of the figures most companies look at first: MRR, how it moved, paying customers, ARPA, churn and retention, each over the last 12 months. Click a tile to open its report.

Every report in the sidebar shows one figure over time. They’re grouped into Revenue, Customer Growth, Conversion, Churn and Retention, and Unit Economics, with your own reports under Custom Reports. All reports lists them all with a short description of each.

A report has three parts: cards with the latest figure and how it compares with earlier periods, a chart, and a table with every value.

Click any figure in the table to see the customers behind it, such as who churned last month.

  • Date range: pick a preset, such as the last 12 months, or your own dates, and how to group them: by day, week, month, quarter or year.
  • Filter: narrow the report to some customers or subscriptions, for example customers in Germany, or subscriptions on one plan.
  • Breakdown: split the figure into parts, for example MRR by plan or by country. A report can be broken down two ways at once.
  • Chart: stacked, as a share of 100%, side by side, as a pie, or as bars.

Changes are kept in the page’s address, so you can bookmark a view or send it to a colleague.

Choose Save report to keep your changes, either over a report of your own or as a new report under Custom Reports. Built-in reports can’t be changed, but you can save your own copy of one.

Writers, admins and the owner can save reports. Admins and the owner can also publish reports at a link that anyone can open: see Shared views.
