Metrics settings

Each project’s metrics settings are in Settings, then Metrics. Admins and the owner can change them.

Setting	What it does
Reporting currency	The currency every figure is shown in. Revenue in other currencies is converted using daily exchange rates. It’s set from your billing data when your first source finishes importing.
Reporting timezone	Where each day, and so each month, starts and ends.
Reporting cadence	Whether the dashboard and reports show MRR (monthly) or ARR (annual).
Count churn	When a customer who cancels counts as churned: when their subscription ends (the default), or as soon as they cancel.
Collapse window	How many days apart a customer’s changes can be and still count as one. The default is 7. See Collapsing run rate movements.

Changes to the currency, timezone or cadence show straight away.

Changing Count churn or the collapse window recalculates your whole history. A banner shows while that runs, and figures are mixed until it finishes.
