Team members
Everyone in your organization has one role, which applies to every project in it.

| Viewer | See everything. |
| Writer | Also save reports and manage customers’ details, such as collapsing their movements. |
| Admin | Also manage sources, API keys, shared views, settings, projects and members. |
| Owner | Also manage admins. There’s one owner, who can hand the role on to someone else. |
Inviting people
Section titled “Inviting people”Admins and the owner invite people from the Members page, with Invite member: enter their email address and pick a role. They get an email with a link, which works for 7 days. If it runs out, use Resend invitation from their row.
Anyone can join through an invitation. Starting a new company in Summerbase, though, takes a work email address.
Removing people
Section titled “Removing people”Admins can remove viewers and writers. The owner can remove anyone. People who are removed lose access straight away, but keep their Summerbase account.
Anyone except the owner can leave an organization. The owner has to hand ownership to someone else first.
